Her ride: A limitless, energizing JOY journey
Fitness tip: At the beginning of each week, make your "fitness appointments" and don't break them! If you must cancel, make sure you reschedule that workout in the same week. This is a great life-long, healthy habit and keeps you accountable.
Greatest JOY: Having a rider say, "Thank you. I really needed that today!" after class. Knowing that my JOY brought someone else JOY really makes my day. Oh and hugs. You can't give or receive too many of them!
Heather's "Love Language" is anything health and fitness! With a personal training background for over 10 years and group fitness instructor for 7 years, she brings a variety of intense training approaches to Joyride. Heather is NASM certified, Olympic lifting certified, Kettlebell certified and is always on the hunt for fitness knowledge. Heather was immediately drawn to JoyRide's mission of giving a truly unique, fun, and energy driven workout while cultivating a sense of community within the studio. When she's not at JoyRide or training, she is busy being a "soccer mom" to 2 very active boys! She and her husband also love to "check out" and hit up music festivals around the country.
