A 'JoyRide' with high intensity interval drills. Drills are 20 seconds of high intensity, 10 seconds of recovery, repeated for four minutes, one minute rest and repeat. Tabata training is the most effective way to get fit and lose weight.

A challenging cycling class that pairs the benefits of Tabata with endurance work, designed to push riders out of their comfort zones for longer interval stretches than a regular cycling class. This has several benefits, including: building strength and muscle mass, increasing cardiovascular stamina and metabolism and burning fat.

The best of both worlds! A 30 minute Joyride plus a 30 minute sculpt/toning class in Studio 2. The class will be divided into 2 classes upon arrival. Half the class starts in Studio 2 and the other half starts in the cycling studio. After the completion of part 1, the classes switch. A full body workout in 60 minutes!

BODICURE is a 60 minute, therapeutic, group fitness, self-myofascial release program, using high density foam rollers and helium filled massage balls, rolling to the beat of the music, to ease the body's muscles and mind.
JoyRide is excited to partner with Xtend Barre and offer the best barre class in town. Barre classes traditionally focus on lengthening and strengthening all muscle groups through controlled and small movements. Further, Xtend Barre is a full body workout, based on Pilates principles, like our cycling program. Additionally, Xtend Barre stands out among barre programs for including dynamic movement and cardio. We can’t wait for you to meet us at the barre!
Bands + Kettlebells
A high-intensity class that involves different methods of training (Intervals, Circuit, Tabata, & Metcon). Kettlebells and bands will be used to perform many types of exercises, including but not limited to, ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength & flexibility training.
TopSpin is a 45-minute Tennis inspired HIIT cardio, group fitness concept that takes tennis off the court and into a gym. An instructor will lead you through basic ground strokes: forehand, backhand, and slice. Part 1 consists of 12 TopSpin Games/Rounds hitting the ball on the "Tennis Heavy Bag Backboard". Part 2 consists of HIIT style workouts, in intervals. Ask yourself "Do you even TopSpin?"
