Kevin Hart’s What Now movie
If you could have your favorite/ most meaningful song lyrics tattooed on you, what would they be?
“Stay” by Rihanna:
It's not much of a life you're living
It's not just something you take, it's given
Round and around, and around, and around we go
Oh now tell me, now tell me, now tell me, now you know
Not really sure how to feel about it
Something in the way you move
Makes me feel like I can't live without you
It takes me all the way
I want you to stay
What’s something you’ve always wanted to try but you’ve been too scared to do?
Working in the fitness industry full time.
How would your friends describe you?
That's a good question — I would love to know! I hope as a good friend and a great father
How would your daughter describe you?
I asked her and she said, “I was funny, fun and handsome! The best dad ever, like the dad from The Incredibles!”
What is your best way to decompress?
Listen to music or going to the gym
What would we be surprised to learn about you?
I can paint and draw
Do you have a sports icon?
Pat Summit & Coach K! Not only because of what they have accomplished in basketball but because how well people talk about them! How they can push you to levels you've never thought you could reach. They alway teach family first (you win as a family, you lose as a family). Those are my Icons.
Which quality do you most admire in others?
The ability to forgive and forget. Something I have a hard time with.
Who inspires you?
For the past eight years or so, I've been able to work with three amazing people. Two of them I had the pleasure to work for and the other I got a chance to work with. I truly can call these three men “my brothas from another mutha!” Armond Jordan, Mo Prester and Kelvin Smith, I'm truly grateful and thankful for everything you guys taught me. You three inspire me on a daily bases to be great at what I do and to keep pushing forward. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
